Actress Sandra Bullock has topped PEOPLE magazine"s 25 most intriguing people of 2010.

The Oscar winning star Bullock is on the cover of PEOPLE magazine"s special edition which will be in stores on Friday. She now has the title of the most intriguing person of 2010, this was reported by Reuters prior to the issue"s release.

Sandra BullockOther people who made the list were Sarah Palin, Mel Gibson, Nicki Minaj and others. Mel Gibson was titled as the SHall of Shame while Minaj SRap Renegade and Palin SBig Gun. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were titled SGlam Parents while Natalie Portman was named SScreen Gem. Actor James Franco launched a book and held an art exhibit and still remained an actor was titled SMulti-tasker

Bullock who won the Oscar for her performance in film SThe Blind Side this year had her plate full. She won the trophy for best actress and a week later her life was turned around with headlines covering her husband"s infidelity which resulted in a divorce. The couple had previously adopted a baby boy which after the split was Bullock"s with full custody.

In August, Bullock was declared by Forbes as the highest paid actress in Hollywood earning $56 million after her hit films SThe Blind Side and SThe Proposal.
